The 68-unit RiverGrove is a dual purpose project with partial funding and assistance from USDA for Farm Worker Housing. Five units will be reserved for residents with special needs. Planned are 29 duplex and two single units, each with three bedrooms and approximately 1,300 total square feet.
Each RiverGrove unit includes amenities such as: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, gas heat and electric central air conditioning. A centrally-located community building is also planned. Units are handicap adaptable. Well care and other programs will be available through a local service provider, and social activities and events for the residents are planned.
